New House Prices Thailand - The cost to build a house in Thailand
As a general rule of thumb, the costs to build a house in Thailand (including materials and labour) are as follows;
1. 5,000bt per sqm for a house built with budget quality building materials
2. 7,000bt per sqm for a house built with reasonable quality building materials
3. 10,000bt per sqm for a house built with grade 'A' quality building materials
Therefore based on the above rule it would cost approximately 2 million baht to build a grade 'A' 200sqm house (not including land price).
